The functions shall be:-

• Provide and maintain accommodation standards to all occupants
• Provide students with security clearance cards to enable them to access the facilities
• Confirm authenticity of payment details provided to us
• Issue withdrawal notices or replacement notices upon acceptable proof of damage or misuse
• Undertake regular inspection on condition of the entire facility
• Advise any occupant on the use of any system or facilities as provided for, and in accordance with such terms and conditions as shall be agreed upon between the management and the occupant
• Advise an occupant on any decision that is relevant to or the implications of the functions of the management in Kimathi Student Centre
• Do anything incidental or conducive to the performance of any of the preceding functions
